While we do inspect most components of a home, there are a several items that we do NOT inspect and a few of those items are:

• Outbuildings and barns (this can be included with additional fee)
• Apartment buildings with more than four units
• Manufactured or mobile homes (this service is coming soon!)
• Water filtration/reverse osmosis systems or softeners
• Fences
• Solar panels
• Septic systems
• Well systems
• Pool and spas (this service is coming soon!)
• Low voltage systems (security, phone, cat5, etc.)
• Mold/Biological growth
• Termites/Wood-destroying organisms
• Determining and testing lead based paint
